Haley Tugwell, RN: Registered Nurse and Clinic Administrator

Haley Tugwell was raised in Midway, Arkansas and graduated from Ouachita High School in 2004.  She always knew she wanted to be a registered nurse and started the nursing program in August of the same year.  She graduated nursing school in May 2006 with an Associate’s Degree of Science in Nursing and began working on the surgical floor and rehab units at National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs.  In January 2011, in an effort to get a job closer to home she accepted a position at BHMC-A as a preop/circulating/recovery nurse.  It was there that she met and worked alongside Dr. Carozza.  In March 2013, she joined the team at Compassion Women’s Clinic and quickly found that women’s health is her passion.  

She and her husband, Jason, were married in October 2014.  They built a new home in Midway and live there with their 3 beautiful children:  Landry, Carter, and Kenley.


Lynne Tate: Sonographer and Director of Purchasing

Lynne Tate was born and raised in Camden, Arkansas, and graduated from Camden Fairview High School in 1997. She attended the University of Central Arkansas, and then continued her education at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, graduating in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. She has been doing ultrasounds for over 14 years.  She is dedicated to caring for the women of Arkadelphia, Nashville, and the surrounding areas through her service of both obstetrical and gynecological ultrasonography for Compassion Women's Clinic.

Lynne was married to husband Steve in 2005. They have two beautiful daughters, Addison and Parker, and they reside in Nashville. 


Mallory Stone: Billing and Accounts Supervisor

Mallory Stone was raised in Arkadelphia. She attended Arkadelphia High School and graduated in 2003. She spent some time as a stay at home mom raising her children. In 2013 she became a trained birth doula and studied breastfeeding in Dallas, TX.

Mallory is passionate about bringing awareness to women of their birthing options, assisting them during their labor, and aiding in their breastfeeding journey. As our accounts manager, Mallory is eager to help our patients with their billing and insurance questions.

Mallory has two adorable little boys, Will and Luke.


Sarah Green: Front Office Manager

Sarah Green was born in Little Rock and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and graduated from Hot Springs High School in 1997.  She then attended Henderson State University.  Sarah is dedicated to making sure patients are taken care of from the time they walk through the door.  

Sarah married her husband David in 2016 and between the two have five beautiful children: Kalee, Austin, Matt, Payton and Breanna


LaCole Rowe: Laboratory Director

LaCole Rowe was raised in Tollette, AR, and graduated from Mineral Springs High School in 2000.  She then attended Arkansas Baptist College for two years and then transferred to Eastern College in Little Rock to complete her graduate education.  During her college years, she became a Certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist.  LaCole became a part of Compassion Women’s Clinic near its inception and has since been faithfully serving southwestern Arkansas communities.

She is married to Antanell and has three beautiful children, KeeAundra, Akeilah, and Gavin.  


Rachel Scrimshire, APN: Nurse Practitioner and Satellite Clinic Supervisor

Rachel Scrimshire was raised in Malvern, AR, and graduated from Malvern High School in 2004.  She went on to obtain her practical nursing degree at Ouachita Technical College in 2008 and worked for a family clinic in Malvern until she decided to go back for her RN in 2010.  After graduation, she decided to continue her education through Walden University, where she received an Advance Practice Nurse degree in 2017.  

She still lives in Malvern her her husband Brent, son Wyatt, and daughter Riverlyn.


Cassie Floriani: Patients Manager and Advocate

Cassie Floriani was born and raised in Friendship, Ar.  Her previous line of work was dentistry, but changed directions when she moved to Compassion Women’s Clinic in 2015.  She loves the atmosphere of Compassion, and takes her duty of caring for the women of Clark County and the surrounding areas seriously.  She enjoys mission work and traveling.  She has been married to Jonathan since 2002 and they have 2 children, Audrey and Owen.


Amy Wilson, WHNP: Nurse Practitioner and Compliance Manager

Amy was raised in Prescott, Arkansas and graduated from Prescott High School. In 2001 she graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock with a bachelor's degree (BSN) in nursing. For the next 8 years she worked on Labor and Delivery as a Registered Nurse caring for high and low risk obstetric patients.

In 2005 she earned her Master's degree in Women's Health. She practiced as a nurse practitioner at the University Women's Clinic in Little Rock caring for high and low risk obstetric and gynecologic patients.

In 2009, she moved to Arkadelphia to assist Dr Carozza in founding Compassion Women’s Clinic. 

She and her husband Marcus were married in 1997 and have two beautiful daughters: Hannah and Harper.


Robyn Godwin: Preventative Health Supervisor

Robyn Godwin was born and raised in Arkadelphia, in 2002 she graduated from Arkadelphia High School. She then went on to Henderson State University, where she graduated with a BA in Sociology. In 2007 she married her high school sweetheart. Robyn has recently joined the Compassion Women's Clinic team, and is looking forward to helping care for the women of Arkadelphia and the surrounding communities. Robyn and her husband Adam live in Arkadelphia with their daughter, Terra and their two boys, Max and Conner.
